• Before commissioning me, read and review my terms. You must be over the age of 18 to accept my terms. Terms are subject to change.
• With consent, i am allowed to share the commissioned artwork online as commission examples.PAYMENTS
• Commissions are started only after full payment.
• Commissions have a base price, and may increase depending on the complexity of the work. Discussion and confirmation of the final price is discussed before payment and before the commission starts.
• Failure to complete the commission will result in a full refund.
• The commission cannot be cancelled after i started drawing, but can be refunded before the commission is started.REVISIONS
• Three free revisions are included, as long as its not a revision that will require more than an hour. Additional revisions, and revisions that will require more than an hour need additional payment.
• Additional revisions prices vary depending on complexity.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Deadlines varies of the type of commissions and may vary from within a week to a month.
• Art commissions will always be made within a month time period, except for special projects where the timeframe is discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
• Failure or late responses from the customer to approve the art at important stages of the commission will extend the deadline.USE
• Commissioned art may not be edited, except the backgrounds of simple or transparent ones.
• Commissioned artwork may not be used to train AI or adjusted by AI or for NFTs.
• Provide credit to me if posted on any social media platform.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I reserve the rights to include the commission in my portfolio, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
• Commissioned art can be used for personal use such as channel art, profile image, banner, etc.
• It may be used for streaming.
• Artwork may not be resold.COMMUNICATION
• Communication will be made on preferred and agreed platform, such as Reddit, Ko-Fi, Instagram, Email or Discord.

Do you require an upfront deposit?
• Full payment is needed before i start with the commission.What payment methods do you accept?
• I offer my commissions through Ko-Fi, therefore the payment can be made there.How long does a piece take to finish?
• It depends on the complexity, commission type and how many commissions i am working on.
•But all commissions will always be finished within a month, except for very special projects where it is always agreed with the client.
•headshots can be finished within a day to a week, characters with simple backgrounds from 2 days to a week, and a character with a detailed background, from a week to a month.How many revisions are included?
• Three free revisions are included.
• A free revision is rejected if it greatly alters the art or when more than an hour is needed to make an adjustment.Can I see sketches before you finish the work?
• Before continuing with the lineart and next step, i always send the sketch. I only continue after the client's approval.What happens if I want to cancel the order?
• the order may be canceled, and you will be refunded if i haven't started with the commission yet. when i already started the commission, it cannot be canceled. in special cases, if i only made a sketch, i will be more than happy to refund 50-80% of the full payment, depending on how much time i already investedCan I use this for commercial work or merchandise?
• It is for personal use, although you can use it on stream, or for streaming profiles and banners, and social media. But it can not be used for commercial purposes.Can you post the art online, or do you keep it private?
•I always ask permission from the client whether i can post the commission. if the client wishes to keep it private, i will not post, share, or stream it.Can I alter or edit the finished piece myself?
•Not with AI, but if the commission has a very simple background, or transparent one, you can have any background you want. You can put things on top as well.
